1. What personal data do we collect?

We collect the data you provide to us yourself, via our contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Your message

or via our online quote tool:

• First name, phone number and email address
• Your answers about the car and the damage or service requested
• Licence plate (optional): used to retrieve public vehicle data from the RDW (Netherlands Vehicle Authority), such as make, model and year
• Photos of the damage (optional)
• Which advertisement or campaign brought you to us (campaign parameters in the link you clicked)

With a quote request we also process a hashed (unreadable) version of your IP address and your browser type, solely to prevent abuse of the form. Beyond that, we only collect data automatically through cookies after you have given consent via the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

2. Why do we process your data?

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiry or request for a quote
• To follow up on your online quote request (we call or email you about it)
• To provide our services (detailing, performance, consignment)
• To schedule appointments for pick-up and delivery of your vehicle
• To send you offers and tips, only if you opted in to this in the quote tool
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, only with your consent via the cookie banner
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g. invoicing)

3. Legal basis

We process your personal data based on:

• Consent: by submitting the contact form you give permission for processing
• Performance of a contract: to carry out our services
• Legal obligation: for financial administration and invoicing

4. Sharing with third parties

We use the following external service providers:

• Web3Forms: processes contact form submissions. Data is forwarded to our email and is not stored permanently by Web3Forms.
• Umami Analytics: privacy-friendly, cookie-free website analytics. No personal data is collected; all data is aggregated and anonymous.
• Vercel: hosting of the website and storage of photos you upload with a quote request (stored in the EU, Frankfurt).
• Neon: database hosting for quote requests (stored in the EU, Frankfurt).
• Resend: sends our email notifications and confirmations around quote requests.
• RDW: when you enter a licence plate we retrieve public vehicle data from the RDW's open data service.
• Google and Meta: only after your consent via the cookie banner, to measure website usage and the effectiveness of our advertising.

We never sell your data to third parties.

5. Data retention

We do not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary. Contact form and quote request data is kept for a maximum of 2 years. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Dutch law.

We take appropriate security measures to prevent misuse, loss, and unauthorised access:

• SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) on all pages
• Restricted access to personal data
• Regular security updates
