A quality wrap lasts 5-7 years with normal use. Matte and satin finishes are slightly more sensitive than gloss. With proper maintenance you can maximise the lifespan.
No, quite the opposite. The wrap protects the paint underneath against UV and minor damage. Upon removal the original paint appears in perfect condition — ideal for lease vehicles.
We recommend hand washing or touchless car washes. Brushes can damage the wrap, especially with matte finishes. The good news is that wraps are easy to keep clean.
Yes, for a full colour change you must report the new colour to the RDW (Dutch vehicle authority). You can easily do this online. For accent wraps this is not required.
Wrapping is cheaper, faster, reversible and protects the original paint. Respraying is permanent and can cause value loss if poorly executed. Wrapping also offers more colour options (mattes, colour shifts).
